- 📞 Lobby Phone: +31 88 055 1592 (Exclusively for questions regarding key collection or delays on your arrival day)
🕒 Check-in (From 4:00 PM / 16:00)
- Documents: Please have your reservation number other your ID card/passport ready at the lobby.
- What you will receive: At the reception, you will get the house key, a park map, and a barrier card for vehicle access.
- 🚗 Important note about the park barrier: The entrance barrier is closed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Exiting the park is possible at any time (24/7).
- 🌙 Late Arrival: If you plan to arrive after the reception closes, please inform the lobby in advance (+31 88 055 1592). The key and barrier card will then be left for you (provided that your reservation has been fully paid in advance).
⚠️ IMPORTANT UPON ARRIVAL / DISSATISFACTION:
Should anything be wrong with the house or if you have any reason for dissatisfaction, please contact us (your hosts) directly on the very same day! The park lobby is not responsible for issues inside the house. It is our personal priority that everything is perfect, so we can arrange any necessary touch-ups on the same day.
🏡 Useful Information for Your Stay
- 🛜 Wi-Fi: Please use the network “Hotspot Hoophuizen” with the password europarcs.
- 🚗 Parking: One parking space is available directly next to the house. If you arrive with an additional car, the lobby will assign a separate parking space within the park.
- ⚡ E-Cars: Charging electric vehicles at the house is strictly forbidden. Please use the official charging stations located in the parking lot opposite the lobby.
- 🚭 Smoking Policy: A strict non-smoking policy applies inside the entire house. Smoking is only permitted outdoors.
- ❄️ Air Conditioning: The air conditioning only works if you have booked it in advance. Adding it to your booking later is easily possible via PayPal payment. For questions, simply email us at passing@holland-hundeurlaub.de
- 🧺 Laundromat: Several washing machines and dryers are available in the park (convenient payment by debit/EC card).
- ⛱️ Garden & Terrace: Please place the outdoor cushions into the designated storage boxes overnight and during rain. Additionally, please put the protective cover over the parasol.
- 🐾 For Dog Owners: Please bring your own dog blankets and dog beds. Dogs are not allowed on the sofas, armchairs, or in the beds.
- 🛒 Initial Supply: A vacuum cleaner and a small starter kitchen kit (sufficient for about 3 nights) are provided. Please bring any additional spices, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies yourself.
🧹 Check-out (Until 10:00 AM)
- 🕒 Late Check-out: A late check-out is possible depending on availability and for a fee. Please note: This can only be requested and booked directly through us (not at the park lobby)!
- Please leave the house as follows:
- 🛏️ Bed Linen: Please strip all bed linen and place it in the hallway area.
- 🍽️ Kitchen: Please wash all dishes, put them back into the cupboards, and leave the dishwasher completely empty.
- ❄️ Appliances: Turn off all air conditioning units completely.
- 🔒 Security: Please close and lock all windows and doors securely.
- 🗑️ Waste Disposal: Please take all garbage to the waste containers opposite the reception (near the parking lots).
- 🔥 Charcoal Grill: We provide a grill for your use (this is not standard EuroParcs equipment). Since it is not included in the final cleaning service, it must be cleaned by the tenant. The grill and the accompanying bucket are not to be used as an ashtray or a trash can!
- 🚭 For Smokers: Please clean the outdoor ashtrays yourself.
- 🐾 For Dog Owners: Dog waste in the garden must be completely removed.
(Note: In case of non-compliance regarding the grill, ashes, or dog waste, the park will bill the additional cleaning costs separately).
🔑 Key Return: Upon your departure, simply drop the key into the designated key mailbox located right at the exit barrier (this also applies if you depart early the evening before).
